Miami Dolphins 03/17/2008 7:35 PMThe Palm Beach Post reports DE Matt Roth, initially scheduled to stand trial in Iowa City, Iowa, for being drunk in public during Super Bowl weekend, agreed to plead guilty and pay a $182 fine. He was arrested Feb. 1 while visiting his alma mater, the University of Iowa. Police said he had caused a disturbance at a bar.Read more

After catching a career-low 18 passes last season with the Packers, Franks is expected to be a backup behind Chris Baker this season. Franks was cut by Green Bay last month.
