Ryan aware of Falcons' stumbles

Matt RyanThe Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan has thrown at least one interception in the last four games, including three against Oakland in his last outing. Over his 68 regular-season starts, he’s only thrown three interceptions in one other game. He threw three in a 35-27 loss to New Orleans on Nov. 2, 2009. Bush ultimately hurt his knee in Miami’s overtime loss, and Jets safety LaRon Landry was still bragging about it this week, saying that Bush would “remember that hit.” Read more

Browns sale to Haslam finalized

Jimmy HaslamAP reports the Cleveland Browns officially belong to Jimmy Haslam. His $1.05 billion purchase of the NFL franchise from Randy Lerner was closed Thursday, just nine days after the sale was approved by the league's owners. Haslam now owns 70 percent of the team, and the truck stop magnate will get the other 30 percent from Lerner in four years. Read more
