Henry a major hit in Big-D

The Star-Telegram reports Cowboys CB Anthony Henry is usually a quiet player who rarely shows much emotion. Facing one of the league's premier receivers Sunday, Henry's playmaking transformed him into a fiery spark. Henry helped fuel the Cowboys' 34-6 victory against Houston by locking up Texans star WR Andre Johnson. Henry continually made plays, followed by fist-pumping outbursts against Johnson. Read more

Offensive-line changes result in a sack-free day

The Palm Beach Post reports the Dolphins continued to tinker with their beleaguered offensive line Sunday. Right OG Damion McIntosh and left OT L.J. Shelton swapped positions in the 20-17 loss to the New York Jets. Shelton was signed to a four-year, $15 million contract in the off-season to replace McIntosh and give the Dolphins some stability at left tackle. Shelton started the first five games of the season at left tackle, but struggled with penalties. Read more

No action for Williams

The Detroit Free Press reports WR Mike Williams -- the 10th pick in the 2005 draft -- failed to see action for the fourth game this season. Williams wasn't involved much in last week's practice and was the only receiver not activated. Asked about the ongoing enigmatic situation involving Williams, QB Jon Kitna chose to punt: "That's ... why are we ... I'm not going to answer that question right now. That has nothing to do with today." Read more

Lelie not happy with limited role

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports after having one pass thrown his direction, that coming late in the fourth quarter, Falcons WR Ashley Lelie said he is not pleased with his limited role. "I'm upset inside, but it's a team game," Lelie said. "I get paid to play football. They get paid to make the calls and call the plays and put who they think can play out there, but definitely I'm upset that I'm not out there on the field helping the team. I can't help the team on the sideline." Lelie came off the bench behind WR Roddy White after starting the previous two games. Lelie finished with one catch for 14 yards. He was used as the No. 3 wideout in certain packages and was open several times. Read more
