Tennessee Titans 11/01/2006 6:38 PMAP reports the Tennessee Titans have suspended CB Adam "Pacman" Jones for one game as punishment for his long list of off-field incidents. Jones won't play Sunday against Jacksonville. HC Jeff Fisher said after practice that Jones also will be fined what he called "significant financial ... considerations." Jones also faces potential punishment from the NFL for violating its personal conduct policy. Fisher said Jones was very concerned and will make a statement later this week.Read more

Houston Texans 11/01/2006 10:08 AMThe Houston Chronicle reports DE Mario Williams was got close to fellow rookie Vince Young on Sunday. He sacked him in the first quarter at Tennessee, giving Williams 3 1/2 sacks for the season. HC Gary Kubiak said that wasn't the lone highlight for Williams, though. "I think he's understanding our defense better," Kubiak said. "That's the big thing because there's no apprehension (in) what he's doing. The thing I liked (Sunday) is he chased the ball down in some situations and made some great plays from the backside, stripped the ball out.
