The Dayton Daily News reports that was more like it for the Cincinnati Bengals. They'll take Sunday's 31-16 victory over the NFC South-leading New Orleans Saints, savor it and not apologize for it. They'll take WR Chad Johnson's record-setting performance, RB Rudi Johnson's superior effort behind a makeshift line, and four turnovers from the defense. All those factors helped end a three-game losing streak. "The only commitment we have is to win," Bengals HC Marvin Lewis said. "I don't care how we get it. Obviously, it feels good." Read more

Westbrook moving up the chart

PhiladelphiaEagles.com reports with 102 rushing yards, RB Brian Westbrook topped the 100-yard rushing mark in back-to-back games for the first time in his career and first Eagle to do so since RB Duce Staley in 2001. He also moved past Clarence Peaks (2,927) and into 9th place on the Eagles all-time rushing list. Westbrook’s 12 catches, 22 rushing attempts and 34 overall touches were all personal career highs. Eagles injury report

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports the only Eagle to miss practice yesterday was RB Correll Buckhalter, who, according to HC Andy Reid, had a virus. Buckhalter and the other four Eagles on the injury report were all listed as probable for tomorrow's game at Lincoln Financial Field against the Tennessee Titans. The other Eagles on the injury report are LB Shawn Barber (neck), WR Reggie Brown (hamstring), LB Matt McCoy (abdomen), and RB Brian Westbrook (knee)... . Reid said he hasn't decided how the play-calling will be handled after turning the duties over to offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg during last week's 27-3 win over Washington. Read more

Moss looking for a trade

The Contra Costa Times reports Raiders WR Randy Moss is "tired" of the frustration he feels playing for a team that has won only six of 25 games since he joined the team before last season and is interested in being traded, he said on his weekly radio spot Friday. Moss is in his second season with the Raiders and hasn't managed to recapture the magic he showed for most of his seven seasons with the Minnesota Vikings. "It's done sort of set in, man, and I'm tired of it," Moss said on Fox Sports radio. "I might want to look forward to moving somewhere else next year to have another start and really feel good about going out here and playing football." Moss dropped this latest bombshell three hours or so before the Raiders boarded a plane for Kansas City in anticipation of their game against the Chiefs on Sunday, and four days after he attributed his dropping so many passes this season to his being unhappy.
