Hall will be limited to working on the side during the Bengals' three-day minicamp that opened on Tuesday at Paul Brown Stadium. The signing came after Ochocinco had a tryout with the Dolphins, who are thin at the position and dropping a lot of passes in offseason drills. Now he might get a reprise this year with the Dolphins. Dolphins owner Stephen Ross said the team worked out Ochocinco on Monday morning and that “no decision has been made” about signing him.
