HC Jeff Fisher said Monday the plan is to start Young on Sunday when the Titans (4-2) face the Oakland Raiders (2-4) at LP Field. The quarterback, who suffered a strained right quadriceps at TampaBay on Oct. 14, sat out Sunday's victory at Houston. Young said it was the first time he missed a game due to an injury.Read more

According to his agent, Moses is working out for the Dolphins today. He was drafted in the third round this year by Oakland but was cut at the end of training camp.
