The Nashville Tennessean reports QB Vince Young's days as an injured spectator appear to be over. HC Jeff Fisher said Monday the plan is to start Young on Sunday when the Titans (4-2) face the Oakland Raiders (2-4) at LP Field. The quarterback, who suffered a strained right quadriceps at Tampa Bay on Oct. 14, sat out Sunday's victory at Houston. Young said it was the first time he missed a game due to an injury. Read more

Dolphins sign Schulters, Moses

The Palm Beach Post reports the Dolphins have signed S Lance Schulters and DE Quentin Moses to round out their 53-man roster. They also added QB Casey Bramlet and TE Buck Ortega, who played at the University of Miami, to their practice squad. Read more

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports the Falcons worked out former Georgia DE Quentin Moses on Monday but did not sign him. According to his agent, Moses is working out for the Dolphins today. He was drafted in the third round this year by Oakland but was cut at the end of training camp. He then signed with Arizona but was cut Oct. 16. Read more
