Indianapolis Colts 11/03/2007 1:59 PMThe Indianapolis Star reports WR Marvin Harrison has been given the go-ahead to play Sunday when the Indianapolis Colts meet the New England Patriots in the RCA Dome, but thereâs no assurance the eight-time Pro Bowl receiver will suit up. Coach Tony Dungy said the team still is weighing the benefit of playing Harrison against the Patriots against the risk of him possibly aggravating his bruised left knee. Cleveland Browns 11/03/2007 1:56 PMThe Cleveland Plain Dealer reports inside LB D'Qwell Jackson, the Browns' leading tackler, has been ruled out for the Seahawks game Sunday and according to a team source will miss "at least a couple of weeks" with his ankle injury. He's believed to have suffered a high ankle sprain in the first quarter of the Rams game last week. Browns GM Phil Savage also said on his weekly radio show Thursday morning that Jackson will be out "probably for at least a few weeks."Read more

Missing a stretch that included three wins, two losses and tons of frustration because of a broken left wrist, Pryce has gained an appreciation that he never expected. Minnesota Vikings 11/03/2007 1:49 PMThe Pioneer Press reports Vikings WR Troy Williamson will not return to Minnesota for Sunday's game against the San Diego Chargers because of family obligations, agent David Canter said. Canter, who spoke to his client Friday, said Williamson is busy coordinating the arrangements for his grandmother's funeral and travel and accommodations for numerous relatives. "Troy is the one person that everyone in the family has looked to organize everything," Canter said. "Troy was very close to his grandmother. She was the matriarch of the family, and she was integral in Troy's development." Canter said this is the second tragedy to befall the Williamson family in the past two months. Williamson's older brother was in a major car accident, has been in and out of a coma and still is hospitalized.Read more
