They have signed CB Ramzee Robinson off the practice squad. Pittsburgh Steelers 11/29/2007 5:31 PMThe Post-Gazette reports RB Willie Parker, second in the NFL in rushing and 75 yards behind injured leader Adrian Peterson, should be licking his chops to play the Bengals Sunday. Parker has 595 yards rushing in five starts against Cincinnati, an average of 119 yards a game and 4.8 yards a carry. He has no idea why he has done so well against the Bengals. "I really don't look like it as just Cincinnati and I get up more for this game," Parker said. "Maybe the guys up front have a good day when we play them or something of that nature that makes it easier for me. "They bring something different every time we play them."Read more
Baltimore Ravens 11/29/2007 5:27 PMThe Baltimore Sun reports during his nine-year tenure in Baltimore, coach Brian Billick often delivered a great nugget of information, but obviously the Ravens weren't paying any attention. Billick would say the shelf life of an NFL head coach was 10 years, and that makes you wonder why the Ravens signed him to a four-year contract extension at the end of last season. We all knew why Billick signed. He couldn't wait to complete an agreement that reportedly pays him $5 million per season. But it was a mistake to sign Billick to an extension of that length. A two-year deal would have been fine, just like it was for most coaches a decade ago. But now the Ravens are stuck.Read more
