The Arizona Republic reports WR Larry Fitzgerald ran gingerly in Wednesday's practice, while WR Anquan Boldin hobbled along with a walking boot on his left foot. Welcome to Week 2 of Receivers Watch, Cardinals style. Fitzgerald played Sunday at Seattle despite a left-groin strain. Though he wasn't running full speed in practice Wednesday, he is far ahead of where he was last Wednesday, coach Ken Whisenhunt said. Read more

UCLA will interview Chow

The Nashville Tennessean reports Titans offensive coordinator Norm Chow is expected to interview for the head coaching position at UCLA by the end of the week, sources familiar with the situation said. Indications are Chow or his agent have been contacted by a search firm working on behalf of UCLA, and that the interview could take place Saturday before the Titans play at Kansas City on Sunday, or at some point after the game. Bolston claimed off Vikings waiver

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports the Green Bay Packers filled their open roster spot Wednesday when they were awarded DT Conrad Bolston off waivers from the Minnesota Vikings. But Bolston wasn't the Packers' top choice. The Packers first attempted to claim C Marvin Philip (6 feet, 1 inch and 307 pounds) after he was waived by the Pittsburgh Steelers. But the Cleveland Browns had a higher claim priority with an 8-5 record, so they were able to sign the 2006 sixth-round pick out of the University of California. Read more
