Browns activate rookie WR Cooper

The Cleveland Browns today signed wide receiver Josh Cooper to the active roster from the practice squad. The team also placed wide receiver Jordan Norwood on injured reserve; designated for return. In addition the roster exemption was lifted for defensive back Joe Haden. Cooper was originally signed by the Browns as an undrafted free agent on May 9, 2012. He spent training camp with the club before being waived on final cut downs on August 31. Read more
