Panthers sign Droege to practice squad
Carolina Panthers09/28/2006 7:58 AM The Charlotte Observer reports the Panthers added OL Rob Droege to the practice squad Wednesday. They also worked out defensive backs Deke Cooper, Donte Nicholson, Michael Hawkins and Lance Schulters, OT Pete McMahon and TE Matt Kranchick on Tuesday. The Panthers also released DB Marcus Cassel from the injured list. Read more
