Williams: I'll return if Lions loosen up
Detroit Lions12/30/2006 9:44 AM The Detroit Free Press reports WR Mike Williams said he thinks he will be back with the Lions next year. But he isn't sure, and if he does return, he wants a lot of things to change -- starting with his weight target. "If they do want me back, hopefully, we can come to a fair weight for me to play at," Williams said Friday. Williams has lost a lot of money and playing time because of his weight and other problems since the Lions drafted him 10th overall in 2005. The Lions wanted him at 230 pounds last year.
