Palmer practices, shows off shoulder
Cincinnati Bengals12/22/2006 8:03 AM The Dayton Daily News reports after throwing his first pass in warm-ups on Thursday, QB Carson Palmer grabbed his right shoulder. He was just clowning around, having fun. The Bengals quarterback then zipped some passes to fellow quarterbacks Doug Johnson and Anthony Wright, scuttling speculation from an Internet site that he has rotator cuff damage. Palmer said there's nothing wrong with his throwing shoulder, then proved it by working the entire practice. He plans to start his 31st consecutive regular-season game Sunday afternoon at Denver.
