James on IR; Stevenson signed
Miami Dolphins12/20/2006 8:45 AM The Palm Beach Post reports the Dolphins placed left OG Jeno James on injured reserve, thus ending his season, and signed OG Dan Stevenson off the practice squad Tuesday. The team also waived CB Will Poole, who was on the injured reserve list.?James had been out of the lineup since sustaining a right knee injury against the Kansas City Chiefs on Nov. 12. He returned to practice last week, but was inactive Sunday at Buffalo.?"We felt like he wasn't quite ready, so we didn't activate him for the game," HC Nick Saban said Monday.?Stevenson, 24, was a sixth-round draft choice by New England this year.
