The fine was first reported by cnnsi.com and confirmed by league spokesman Steve Alic. Taylor was unavailable for comment, but he has never been a fan of the rules protecting quarterbacks."Guys get fined for everything," Taylor said last week. "You sneeze on the quarterback, you darn near get fined. It's ridiculous. They're ruining the game by protecting the quarterbacks the way they are."Read more
