Williams held out of practice

The Houston Chronicle reports DE Mario Williams was held out of practice for the second consecutive day because of his plantar fasciaitis. HC Gary Kubiak said Williams will play Sunday, though. Williams has played the last three games with plantar fasciaitis. QB David Carr participated in a complete practice on Thursday, and Kubiak said the shoulder contusion that forced Carr out of last week's game didn't seem to hinder him. "I feel good," Carr said.
