Trade for Williamson appears imminent
Jacksonville Jaguars02/27/2008 5:29 PM The Florida Times-Union reports it appears likely that Minnesota WR Troy Williamson will soon join the Jaguars through a trade. According to sources requesting anonymity because the deal can't be consummated until Friday at midnight (the start of the new league year, which begins at 11 p.m. CST in Minnesota), the sides have a preliminary agreement in place. The Jaguars, through their media-relations department, declined comment because of league rules. Read more
