Pennington to start at QB
New York Jets12/20/2007 9:47 AM The Star-Ledger reports QB Chad Pennington has his old job back and will start at quarterback for the Jets on Sunday at Tennessee, replacing an injured QB Kellen Clemens, according to two people with knowledge of the team's plan. They spoke on the condition of anonymity because only coach Eric Mangini is authorized to speak about injuries publicly. Clemens suffered a left shoulder/rib injury last week against the Patriots when hit by DE Richard Seymour on the second play of the game and didn't return. The club is calling the injury a rib.
