Broncos' Marshall pleads not guilty to DUI

The Denver Post reports Denver Broncos WR Brandon Marshall pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence today during a short hearing in Denver District Court. Marshall was arrested in lower downtown on Oct. 22 on suspicion of drunken driving. A trial date was set for March 24. Marshall's arrest came hours after he caught six passes for 77 yards in the Broncos 31-28 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers at Invesco Field at Mile High. Marshall was arrested in Douglas County on suspicion of domestic violence in March, but the charges were dismissed. Read more
