Castoff receiver Williams, Titans near deal
Tennessee Titans11/22/2007 10:49 AM The Nashville Tennessean reports the Titans were on the verge of signing former Raiders WR Mike Williams on Wednesday night, said sources familiar with the situation, and barring complications, he is expected to join the team by the end of the week. The 10th overall pick of the 2005 draft by the Lions, Williams was traded to the Raiders in April.
