Minnesota Vikings 11/19/2007 8:47 AMThe Pioneer Press reports Vikings rookie RB Adrian Peterson said he wasn't surprised by RB Chester Taylor's performance Sunday. Taylor finished with 164 rushing yards, caught three passes for 38 yards and scored three touchdowns. "I expected him to come out and do a good job, to help us win. And that's what he did," Peterson said. After Taylor's 38-yard touchdown run in the second quarter, Peterson was among the first to congratulate him. Peterson said he joked with Taylor about all the yards he'd left on the field. "I just mess with him, tell him there were a couple he could have broke and took to the house," Peterson said playfully.
