Chicago Bears 11/16/2007 8:18 AMThe Chicago Sun-Times reports QB Brian Griese returned to practice Thursday with his sprained left shoulder, but coach Lovie Smith was not ready to name a backup quarterback for the Bears' game Sunday at Seattle. Griese was limited in practice but got some throws in and reported that he ''felt pretty good.'' Still, Smith's reluctance to name him the No. 2 behind Rex Grossman opens the door for Kyle Orton, the forgotten one since being pulled at halftime of the 14th game in 2005.Read more
