Raiders choose McCown to start
Oakland Raiders11/02/2007 8:21 AM The Mercury News reports a month after a rousing first start that made him the talk of the NFL, QB Daunte Culpepper is out as the Raiders' starting quarterback. With his offense breaking down the past three games, Coach Lane Kiffin picked QB Josh McCown to start Sunday against the Houston Texans at McAfee Coliseum. McCown started the first three games this season before leaving at halftime of Week 3 because of a broken right big toe against the Cleveland Browns. Read more
