Linebackers added, one for long snapper

The Nashville Tennessean reports the Titans on Tuesday signed free agent LB Jeremy Cain, who'll take over the long-snapping duties for injured Ken Amato. The team also agreed to terms with former Chiefs LB Rich Scanlon. Cain was signed to the Titans' practice squad earlier this month, but his contract was terminated last Friday. He worked out for team officials on Tuesday and was signed to the active roster. Cain played previously with the Eagles and Bears in the NFL, and played in college at Massachusetts. Read more
