10/30/2007 8:54 AM The Detroit Free Press reports WR Calvin Johnson played a big role in the Lions' only touchdown drive, catching passes for 21 and 23 yards, then running an end-around for 11 yards in the second quarter. But Johnson aggravated the lower-back injury he suffered Sept. 23 at Philadelphia when CB Charles Tillman took him down hard on the end-around. He didn't play much afterward.
