Antoine Winfield displeased with play of CBs
Minnesota Vikings10/29/2007 9:30 AM The Pioneer Press reports CB Antoine Winfield led the Vikings with 11 tackles, and he defended three passes, including a potential touchdown to Philadelphia Eagles WR Greg Lewis in the fourth quarter. But Winfield said the Vikings' cornerbacks are not playing well enough, and he included himself as one of the culprits. "At the corner position, we're just giving up too many balls. I take the blame for that," Winfield said. "I need to play better. I definitely need to play better to give us a chance to win." Read more
