Culpepper is named as starter
Oakland Raiders09/29/2007 8:48 AM The Mercury News reports QB Daunte Culpepper will make his first start for the Raiders on Sunday against a Miami Dolphins team that released him before training camp, HC Lane Kiffin said Friday. Regular starter Josh McCown missed practice all week and still is hobbled by a fractured big toe on his left foot.
