Eagles need to jumpstart offense

McNabb unloaded the ball 33 times in his first game since Nov. 19, and RB Brian Westbrook reached the low end of his self-imposed tar get of 20 carries. Nine other running plays gave the Eagles a run-to-pass ratio of 29 to 33 against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field, a percentage in line with the blueprint used to reel off six consecutive victories with Jeff Garcia at quarterback last season.
