Dolphins Have Plans for Vick
Miami Dolphins08/28/2006 10:48 AM The Palm Beach Post reports as the Dolphins prepare to make their first wave of cuts Tuesday, don't expect to see WR Marcus Vick among those in need of a new employer. Required by the league to trim the roster to 75 players, HC Nick Saban's comments about Vick on Sunday made it clear the team remains optimistic about his development. Final rosters must be down to 53 players by Saturday. Saban said the team would like to develop Vick into a quarterback but that the goal has been difficult to achieve early because of the need to get four other QBs the proper amount of repetitions.
