Shockley injures left knee

Shockley, the local product who has helped ease some of the fans' dismay with the negative circumstances involving Michael Vick, was carted off the field with an undisclosed left knee injury in Friday night's exhibition game against the Buffalo Bills. Shockley, who attended North Clayton High School and played at Georgia, suffered the injury while scrambling on a fourth-quarter drive. Shockley's left knee appeared to stick in the turf just before he was tackled. Read more
