Bucs sign seventh-round pick
Tampa Bay Buccaneers06/25/2007 8:22 AM The Tampa Tribune reports the Buccaneers today announced the signing of CB Marcus Hamilton. Terms were not disclosed. Hamilton was a seventh-round pick (245th overall) in the 2007 NFL Draft out of the University of Virginia. He tied for third in school history, with current Bucs CB Ronde Barber, and tied for 13th in ACC history with 15 career interceptions. Hamilton, a two-time All-ACC second-team selection, led the Cavaliers in interceptions three consecutive years. He totaled 185 tackles, 19 passes defensed, 15 interceptions, one fumble recovery and one forced fumble in his college career. Read more
